Riparian Explorer Sea Scout Unit (RESSU) gives Explorer-age young people in Luton a proper taste of adventure on the water, known for its sailing trips and expeditions. The unit runs an exciting programme all year round: winter months focus on core Scouting skills such as knots and pioneering, hiking and camping, while summer months move out to Stewartby Lake for watersports — kayaking, canoeing, stand up paddleboarding and sailing — with real qualifications on offer along the way. Follow on Facebook to see what the unit gets up to, or get in touch to find out more or to join.
