This website does not set any tracking, advertising or marketing cookies, and doesn’t use any cookie-based analytics either. You can browse it, search for a group, and use the enquiry form without any cookie being placed on your device for those purposes.
The analytics we do use
We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to see how many people visit the site, which pages are popular, and whether things like the postcode search and enquiry form are actually being used. GoatCounter doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t fingerprint your device, and doesn’t track you across other websites — it can’t identify you personally, and no cookie consent banner is needed for it as a result.
What this site does use
WordPress (the software this site runs on) only sets cookies for people who log in to manage the site — district volunteers editing pages, not visitors browsing it. If you’re just reading the site, searching for a group, or sending us a message, no cookie is set.
If that changes
If we ever add advertising, marketing, or any other service that uses cookies, we’ll update this page to explain what’s used and why, and add a cookie consent option where required.
